I'm Sara-Kristina Hannig. I built and ran Sara's Organic Food in Egypt. Today I run my work, my family logistics, and my finances through Claude, and I'm endlessly curious about what that frees up for a non-technical operator. This page is where that experiment lives.

Why I rebuilt how I work

You're good at the vision. You're drowning in the admin.

Email, scheduling, research, drafting, finances, the kids' logistics. It all still runs through you. You answer school emails at 10pm and call it winding down. I was there too. AI kept being sold to me as magic prompts and demos, none of it touched my real week. So I rebuilt how I work around Claude, properly, and got my days back.

Who I am

An operator who learned AI. Not the other way around.

I founded Sara's Organic Food, Egypt's first farm-to-table organic delivery service, and ran it for years: seasonal subscription boxes, hotel and supermarket accounts, a farm on one end of the phone and Cairo's kitchens on the other.

I am not a developer. Everything here I learned as a non-technical founder and use daily. In June I built my father's coaching website, live and bilingual at kurthannig.com, with no code background.

The setup

I can set it up for you.

Everything on this page, on your computer and around your week: your inbox, your calendar, your files, a morning briefing, and a Claude that remembers how you like things done. You answer my questions first, about forty minutes on your own time. I prepare your setup from the answers. Then about two hours together on a video call, on your real inbox, and you leave the call with it working.

USD 750, one time. You need your own Claude subscription, about USD 20 a month, which is not included. Mac or Windows.
